The image above popped up on Robert Bowling’s Twitter account and shows a US Marine holding a flare and looking skyward. The rest of the image is blacked out, except for the far left edge which contains three dates, 02.05.09, 10.04.09, and 11.10.09.
I would speculate but he already told MTV all about it

The Improved after action report will feature accolades.
Accolades will be awarded to players who gain specific awards during matches and are displayed at the end of the game for every one in the lobby to see.
So if you like to shoot people in the back you get the flanker accolade.
And if you like to camp you get the Lock down accolade…
